.

Heacock blitzed way too much and got zero sacks zero turnovers.
The 4th down call on ISU s own 18 yard line was Rhoadsian, especially after watching ISU getting stuffed twice at the goal line. Then there’s the dropped perfectly thrown passes in the 4th quarter. Throw in a stupid taunting penalty. And top it off with injuries to the 3rd string PK, Orange, and an untouched RB who lasted 3 seconds on the field.

I have no idea why we kept mugging up the LBs and putting guys like Patton on islands. Especially third and longs. Just opened up lanes for Salter to run even when guys were covered.

But, they’re trying anything to get pressure because our edge rushers are completely and utterly worthless and have been all year with the exception of 2 plays against Iowa

Youve heard of "total team victory".

Well this was a "total team defeat".

Name a position group that played WELL

I could almost say the OL was good. But they had 1 penalty that killed a drive early, and the stupid PF on the TD that gave CU the ball at the 50 and they scored iirc.

People b1tched abt Sama all day, but he had 177 yards, including several bad carries too.

Ask more and MOAR of the fans. Even when we pony up it’s never enough…

Then we get treated to sad sack performances like today. CFB is a business now. Most businesses refund customers when the product doesn’t fulfill its part.
Personally, I get sick of this reoccurring thread when we have a bad loss.
Yes - this was a bad loss, Colorado is not good. Rocco was not sharp. The coaches, imho, made some terrible calls. I am not sure anybody played well - maybe Sama.

If you do not want to give $, don’t. Anybody in the right mind should not like the current state of college sports - money controls everything, more than it ever did.
******** about it, does not change the reality of the situation. It takes $ to compete. I do not like it, but it’s real. Very real. We run a low budget ( by today’s standards) program focused on player development. We have good kids, good citizens, good students. I am proud of our coaches and players. I give money because I get enjoyment from our teams, some days more than others, and a recognize the current state of affairs.
I have posted on here multiple times over the past couple years : regarding NIL - lead, follow or get out of the way. Not donating is 100% OK - it’s your money. But bad mouthing the situation does nothing positive - only makes things worse.

And no one wants to hear it after a game like yesterday, but we are getting better results than what we are putting in as far as player payments go.

Florida, Florida State, Penn State, etc all probably outspend us by millions of dollars and we are better teams than all of those.

Very few teams don't have at least a couple of ****** games per year. Hopefully we can bounce back.....our history shows that we likely will.
