No reason he has to leave. But Florida is a safe guess, also a couple other P2 programs looking for coaches if he does leave but man the job security is insane there and he would get paid the same
It would be cool to see if he stays. Vandy is just an insanely difficult job to keep up sustained success.
Clark Lea is a Vanderbilt Grad.
He has a nice life in the West End.
I doubt he leaves for another place.
That’s the thing, in 2025 it doesn’t have to be. No more bama and the rest of the SEC paying players illegally. Vandy has more resources than the rest of the SEC minus the Texas schools put together. No reason they can’t use that and have a great program.
Only thing that could hold them back in the south is the admission issue
I hope so. It's fun seeing a nontraditional power be a thorn in the side of the traditional powers.
This is shaping up to be a weekend of losses for Top 25 teams if things hold steady. Texas, Alabama and PSU are all down currently. Long ways to go though.
Well the bama game is going to see a top 25 loss either way, same for FSU/Miami, not sure if it’s gonna be enough to keep you guys ranked but should be close
