***2026 Minnesota Vikings***

Donovan Jackson? He had wrist surgery after the Bengals game. Hurt it against the Falcons, was able to play through it for the Bengals game since surgery was scheduled for the Monday after. Plan was always for him to sit through the bye week
Doh. Meant Darrisaw.

Doh. Meant Darrisaw.
Darrisaw is at least playing Sunday (will be his 3rd game back). He made it back faster from his ACL than Hock did last year. I think the Vikings health staff tends to be ultra conservative with injuries and bringing guys back, so to get Darrisaw back as fast as they did was encouraging. If we didn't have Darrisaw on Sunday... yikes

He’s barely into his 5th season and has missed 22 games. Thought I heard he’s questionable in a Vikings pod earlier this week.

He missed practice for built in rest days, but not on the injury report. He’s mainly missed games for concussions and then tore his ACL. Pretty fluky injuries to claim a guy is purposely missing games

What a **** show.

The Vikings on Friday ruled out starting center Ryan Kelly (concussion), backup center Michael Jurgens (hamstring), right tackle Brian O'Neill (knee) and left guard Donovan Jackson (wrist). As a result, they will move guard Blake Brandel -- who would have started for Jackson -- to center, a position Brandel said earlier this week that he has never played in a game.

"I've had a lot of practice reps, thankfully, whether that's scout team or whatever, " Brandel said. "It's just one of those things where I knew there at some point could be a possibility, and we're here."

Undrafted rookie Joe Huber is expected to start at left guard, while Justin Skule will start at right tackle. Skule started two games earlier this season at left tackle in place of Christian Darrisaw, who returned to the lineup in Week 3.

Bets made on unders. This could be an ugly 13-7/10 kinda game. I'd make a bet on Wentz getting knocked out of the game if it was avail. He's going to get beat up.

So Cam Akers has a perfect QB rating today.... and we play Wentz instead. Awesome. :jimlad:

Wow, huge drive for the Vikings there. Getting back to the States 3-2 instead of 2-3 seems like a good sized deal.

Cleveland gonna Cleveland. Not a bad idea on that last play... but the receiver prioritized more yards over getting out of bounds.
