We are headed to Boulder for the game. Plan is to get in Thursday night. What is the tailgating scene like in Boulder? Are there public lots? Any Cyclone events in the area planned for this weekend. Any recommendations for things to see/do on Friday. Thanks for any and all information.

I'll be out there too. I think Chris Williams is hosting an event on Friday night. I'm sure he will post some details at some point.

I'm looking into a few things that I have heard about Saturday tailgating and will post when I find out if there is anything definitive.

We get in Friday evening, anticipating a late kick. Got reservations at Casa Bonita for dinner. Will be looking for activities to fill Saturday. If it's an early kick, could be home late Saturday. Have another bucket list eatery or two in Boulder, but nothing else planned.

I'll be looking for best place to park n ride, one of our crew doesn't do well with long walks. Last year at WVU, we took the bus from the mall to the stadium that was nice. At Cinci two years ago, we parked in the ramp and my dad took the bus to the stadium while my boy and I walked. Took the bus from Orem to Provo when we went out there.

The local Alumni chapter is hosting a happy hour of sorts out at the Acreage by Stem Ciders. It's in Louisville so a bit of a drive from Boulder but a pretty good spot. Good food and cider and the view from their big outdoor area is second to none perched up on the hill there.

Curious if people have parking passes yet-we have game tix and lodging but no parking passes. Will probably go to the Denver area outing on Friday night. Looking forward to the trip. Going a week early to hike RMNP

We just got tix in section 103. We will be staying in Lakewood. We were also wondering about visitor parking/tailgaiting on gameday.

Couple of us fly out of Cedar Rapids on Thursday evening. No tailgating plans yet but my cousin is a CU grad so hoping he has some connections for us.

Wait… Casa Bonita from South Park is a real place!!

Edit: And the south Park guys Bought it!!!!

Looks like I may have an opportunity to rent a small parking lot on Colorado Avenue that is 5 blocks from the stadium. We haven't settled on a price yet, but let me know if you would be willing to pay $100 to park there. We aren't trying to make money, but just provide a place for Cyclone fan to gather like we did in Jonesboro.

Yeah count me in. That's about as close as you're going to get.

For those wondering, it's less than 1/2 mile from the stadium.
