I don’t really watch YouTube channels religiously but I watch all of Grant and Spencer Hilberts videos. Just pretty interesting watching them get started being in Ag myself.

I enjoy their videos as they both seem like hard workers and guys that want to learn how to fix their own stuff while also trying new things and learning from their mistakes. Their real life farming videos aren't huge productions like some that I have seen, they pretty much show you just about everything whether it was a success or failure and talk you through what they did or learned. Spencer especially does a good job breaking down his expenses and income to show that it's tough to start from nothing and turn a profit immediately. It will be interesting to see what they are doing 10 years from now as they try to transition to land closer to home and build up their operation. The one thing I like is with every property they buy they go in and try to improve it such as clearing out tree and fence lines or running new tile. I would assume some day they are going to either buy a property with buildings and bins on it or build some themselves. I just always get a good vibe watching their videos and seeing 2 young guys put in a lot of hard work to pursue a dream.
