I don't think they upload them on Spotify but they put the full 2 hours on the I Heart Radio app in podcast form.
Built like a brick shithouse.
Don't see why ech can't make 41. He's not growing, maybe he put on some muscle, but he performed at a very high level at 141 5-6 months ago. That said I agree with dresser that these guys need to pick their own weight and not be told what weight to go most times.

All depends on what osmany is looking like because I would prefer him over Kysen and rn Ech looks so massive so it’s hard telling but things change. But if we rocked with the lineup it would be very exciting with tons of potential and excitement considering there are so many unknowns!

I’d put Grice as an option at 125
However it shakes out, it sure looks like we're adding a lot of depth to the lineup.
FYI Riggins has been added to the roster, so he's definitely wrestling.
