God as my witness, I got behind a guy on a bicycle and he had a pair of those hanging balls off the bottom of his seat.

Not only were they smaller, since bicycle, and plastic, but they basically anatomically correct location-wise with his fat ass on the seat.

It was possibly the worst thing I have ever seen. How bad is your judgment to do such a thing?
