When does 2023 Conference Schedule come out?

New conference teams on each schedule:
4 - OSU, WVU
3 - BAY, KAN, OKL, TTU, CIN
2 - ISU, KSU, TCU, TEX, UCF, HOU
1 - BYU

Teams with 5 home/4 away:
BAY, CIN, HOU, KAN, KSU, OSU

Teams with 4 home/5 away:
BYU, UCF, ISU, TCU, TTU, WVU

I haven't examined b12 schedule in entirety yet.

I thought maybe each of current 10 members would get 2 newbies with 1 home/1 road, but I'm guessing that isn't realistic/feasible ... and (a) somewhat dependent on who's getting 4 home or 5 home (b) taking into account "protected" rivalries.

The team needs to go 5-0 in September. The 4 teams being added to the conference have far better football awareness than the 2 teams leaving the conference. It will be tougher to win in conference in the future.

What’s our record against OU?

Is this the hardest schedule in the conference??

Every team but UNI played in a bowl game. 4/6 to finish the year are road games and one of those home games is against the most talented team in the conference..

Going to a bowl game is going to be a tough

Yep, unless we get a whole lot better than last season it is going to be a long season. need to start out 4-0.

Blows to only get 4 home games in conf but I agree. Two road trips to the newbies isn't fun but gotta start somewhere with those two. The cincy matchup could get spicy af.
Don't we always have 4 home conference games the years we host the Hawkeyes?
It would suck worse the next year to have 4 conference games and lame non conference matchups at home

If we get our problems on offense figured out, we should be competitive in most games. We have more resource parity with the new schools coming in but we still need to go out and earn it every week. It should be fun.

Overall I hate it. Not because it’s necessarily bad but because the round robin is gone. Two games in the state of Ohio probably isn’t bad for us.

I dont like how front loaded our home games are, but this ends up being the case every year we have Iowa at home. 4 of our last 6 are road games, and I dont see any other teams that have that happening.

Only one game in October, which is prime tailgating season. Might have to make the trip to one of the Ohio games.
