Weather for Saturday

It's coming down pretty good in the DSM area right now. Can't see how this is not in Iowa City come kick off.
I think it's predicted to fizzle out as it moves East. It's going to be close though. Like someone else mentioned, Weather Underground is showing rain starting around 6. KCCI's future radar is showing something similar. I'm guessing the first half stays dry, then it could start any time after that. Hopefully holds off until 6:30-7:00.

Holds off until we're up 27-0.

About the time it starts to rain, the wet ball then causes the Iowa longsnapper to bif one and we take over on the Iowa 10.

A guy can dream, eh???

I’m going to go glass half full and say rain will affect Iowa’s punt game …….so instead of starting on our own 2 maybe with rain our own 4. LFG

Hour by hour forecast updated by NWS at 9:00 AM. Blowing them out in the first half looks like a solid game plan.

Pretty sure last year was a picture perfect day so weather won't work for a reason since ISU can **** it up any old way no matter the conditions.

This same type of setup has been going through all year, where it approaches Eastern half of Iowa moving NE and stalling out as it moves East.

Radar I'm looking at now looks bleak but @FDWxMan says spotty. He referenced thunder in an earlier tweet. I just hope there's no weather delay during the game, like there was in Ames. A delayed kickoff would also suck but not as bad as stopping and re-starting.
