We Will Collective Basketball Camp

I just want to take a minute to show my appreciation to the men's basketball team and the We Will Collective. For those that don't know, they put on a free camp in WDM tonight. It was completely player-led, and the players went above and beyond with their enthusiasm and leadership. My first-grader lit up when he got there and immediately Gabe came over to rebound for him. Just an absolutely awesome experience and we are lucky to have these guys represent the school.

How was the camp attended? Hopefully many future Cyclones were there and life long memories for these young Cyclones.

This was a fantastic event and the kids had a great time meeting and learning from the players and getting autographs. I hope they can do more of these in the future.

I'd say there was somewhere in the range of 50-60 kids. If I remember correctly, they said there were 75 spots available.

Damn…. How do I sign my kids up for this?

I kind of accidentally happened upon the sign up, I think through an ad or article on here. I don't remember seeing much publicity about it. I'm not sure how often they will do this in the future.
