I listen to 9-noon on Minneapolis KFAN every day because of Paul Allen (voice of the Vikings) and Fleck comes on there once a week or more during the season. I've told my wife since Fleck got there that he is the biggest fraud used car salesman I've ever heard. There is coach speak...then there is PJ Fleck coach speak. He's just one bumper sticker slogan after another. If I ever have a son in a spot to be recruited, I wouldn't let Fleck in my front door.
He did have some legit NFL talent last year. But when it really mattered they got their butts handed to them by Wisconsin at home. This year it has been back to reality.

He is the quintessential "tolerate him when they are doing well but run him the first sign of struggle" guy. His schtick may be tolerable when they are winning games, but would get old very quickly when you aren't playing well. I'll guess he's not there in 2 years.

You enjoy screaming? I would listen to Viking games (packer fan) during harvest for something different. The last couple years I had to stop, his stupid non stop screaming was too much. Cousins passes for 6 yards on 3rd and 10 and he’s yelling cold blooded connection, then calms down and says, short of the sticks. He is awful.
