What a great group. Our team seems to have great chemistry. Hopefully the recruits had a great visit.

Iowa just seems to keep recruiting high level players. A continuation of the CC effect. I won’t be surprised to see her commit there.

Iowa fan scuttlebutt is Iowa is only on the list now because of legacy. Internet buzz is Kentucky for some reason that escapes me. If I were her parents I'd tell her if you don't like Iowa pick Stanford. Not so certain about the future of Stanford WBB but that degree is a lifelong prestige maker on a resume.

Yeah…Iowa is the only top flight team on her list. Kentucky is a good school and usually is decent, but wow..they’ve not been that good the past few seasons. UCLA is a solid basketball choice, but wouldn’t be my academic choice. I see Stanford dying on the vine.

Skim Miley seems to be hinting Kentucky with his gif today.

Iowa fans are now talking Lewis which gets into our recruiting area list.

That Stanford degree is worth more than any other on her list. IMO

That's where I'd have suggested to her. Graduate in 3 years then if the basketball team isn't good transfer somewhere else for the last 2 years.

Money isn't a big factor for her I'm sure but that degree opens up lots of doors depending on what she wants to do after basketball.

UCLA is actually pretty darn good school, ranked 15th nationally by US News and World Report and 13th by QS. Stanford is 4th and 3rd in the two rankings. Just sayin'.

I'm always surprised by how the California schools are consistently ranked so highly. UC-Davis is almost always ranked as the #1 land grant in the US and either #1 or #2 for agriculture globally. But for my money, I'd rank Iowa State as #1 in the US for agriculture when one looks at the land grant mission of research, teaching and extension.

Sorry, I'm off topic, I know.
