She got out of West Canaan like she wanted. She apparently married Permian head coach Gary Gaines who eventually left coaching to take a lucrative job in the oil industry.
Was watching The Rockford Files some time ago and saw Rob Reiner as a football QB from "Southern Illinois" (more like South Chicago as they made reference to it).

I find it hilarious that her character in Landman is exactly what you would think her Character in Varsity Blues grew up to be like. They not only picked the perfect actress, but in reality one could almost believe Varsity Blues is a prequal to Landman with several of the characters.
Hell I could see Billy Bobs character being a grown up of Tweeters character too. I need to go back and watch VB to see how many of the characters are similar. Maybe James Van Der Beek could be Billy Bobs Boss in Landman.
Almost makes you wonder if Taylor Sheridan was a VB fan and used those characters as inspiration. LOL, I doubt it, but the similarities of the characters is hilarious.
She had to escape death a bunch of times on top of that, before finally getting blowed up or something.

Ok, here’s the weirdest one that happened to me. Was at a Party during college and this dude throws in a prono. I glance over and think that dude looks familiar. Few days later at a female friends house and she has full house on, it was then I realized it was Uncle Jesse that I saw. It was later confirmed that he did do adult films.
We need to figure Ms Davis’s role in Landman. Maybe she works at the retirement home in season 1?
One of my favorites is from one of my favorite old TV shows, Monk. The character of police Captain Leland Stottlemeier is played by the same guy who played Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs. And his caretaker Sharona was played by the same lady that in League of Their Own that Tom Hanks told "there's no crying in baseball."
