Verizon having a bad day ?

My kids are having issues making calls on Verizon today. One is in NC Iowa, and one in California. Text is ok, no calls.

I've made multiple calls today with no issues. North central ia and southern mn

Your kids talk on the phone? I don't think I have ever seen my kids do that.
