FWIW, prior to FSU joining the ACC, Clemson had more ACC football championships (13) than any other school. As it is now, Clemson still leads with 21 all-time, FSU with 16 and Maryland with 9.

Yeah but 9 of those 13 championships were teams with 9 wins or less. 6 of them they only had 6 wins and were barely above 500 when they won.
