This is why the UFL is needed. Some of these guys just need to be in a field proving themselves. The UFL can make the NFL better.

Can someone explain why Mike Rose isn’t on an NFL roster? He always makes plays and is around the ball. Just don’t understand why a guy like that isn’t a backup somewhere.
