Ticket trouble

Anyone else having trouble signing in and getting your tickets? Tried my phone and laptop and on 2 different networks and keep getting this message.

I think there’s something weird with Ticketmaster this morning. I had to sign in a handful of times to access mine. Did it from my phone, fyi.

Edit: mine seemed to work best using a browser, and not the app itself.
 
I had the same issue at around 7:30-8 this morning. Tried it on 2 different phones, on wifi and on cellular data, and on PC. Same issue/message on all. Finally gave up and ran a few errands. Tried again around 9:15 and was able to get in.
 
I hope Ticketmaster remembered to scale up their servers for the first Saturday of college football. lol
LOL, Ticketmaster probably gave their support staff the day off to go to the games.:D
From my encounters with them customer service isnt their strong point.

Crap like this is why I try to remember to move my tickets over to the billfold a few days to weeks before the game. I moved the first two games and parking pass over last week. Just delete them after they are used.

Feeling thankful I decided to get the tix and parking pass yesterday. Was just going to wait until this morning.
 
Surprisingly, I was able to download our two tickets from Ticketmaster from the lots around 10 this morning.
