CBS Sunday Morning did a feature on him today (video below). 1996 Iowa State Graduate in Urban Planning and Ceramics. The feature says he has invested more than $100 million in property in his Chicago neighborhood (he says a few BLOCKS worth).

Wonder if he has any interest in NIL?
