Actually, he did quite good for his demographic. He was on beat, and, as Clark Kellogg said, he had a little two-step going on. That must be how Fred and Carol groove when out on the dance floor. Probably learned from Kevin Garnett; his moves would be a little more krunk if it was Latrell Sprewell..
