If you don't know the story of Brian Banks it is amazing.

I can't imagine that I could be as level headed as he is.

I saw this on ESPN a while back and it is nuts. His life was pretty much stolen from him.

He talks for almost an hour on the podcast that I linked about the whole situation.

His lawyer who was absolutely terrible is now a judge in California.

The girl who accused him of rape sued the school for 1.5 million, won and is now being sued by the school for 2.6 million because she lied about the whole thing.

She confessed to lying because she wanted to get with him later on. The deal was that should would tell the truth if that meant that she could hang out with him later.
