***TCU vs ISU***

Evidently B-- leaving without much attachment after 18 months (seems atypical) and the one connection she has is with another player also leaving early. A thorough autopsy on why each player left is not possible but seems in order as our attrition rate seems high. I have moved on from this instance BUT am interested in the overall turnover rate causes and see (or believe I see) a few pieces of the puzzle. Does that make sense?

It would be nice if there was a simple answer, and as hard as people try, there is not one. Who knows what this issue was. Who knows if it was more one-sided and which side. I can say that, at work, if a teammate left a project in crunch time without saying anything in advance to the rest of the team, left without any explanation, left us with a work-in-progress for which we now had to fill the gap of their role/knowledge/etc., I would not immediately be chatting with that person over social media.

Or BF can watch the twitter accounts. Not saying this is happening, but I suspect if they are communicating it is through more private channels. So unless you are a teammate, you don't know...
