Super Bowl Party Food thread

Ceviche as an appetizer,
Nobody else in my house will touch ceviche. And admittedly, making it in a landlocked state like Iowa is a little risky. But, it's so good when done right. Malo in Des Moines has it on their menu and it's fantastic.

I’ll make pickle wrap dip:

16 oz of cream cheese, softened
16 oz jar of baby dill pickles
5oz jar of dried beef

It’s pretty simple. Chop up the pickles and dried beef and mix it in the cream cheese. Serve with ritz crackers.

Yes in Iowa probably a little risky. Out here go to a small Mexican market will probably need to stand in line for 30+ minutes to get it, but it is so worth the wait. Grab some tostadas little hot sauce,, muy bueno!

Also in honor of the Corona Virus I will be drinking Corona Beer

Probably will make meatballs in the crockpot that are usually a hit. Couple packages of plain frozen meatballs. Mix ketchup, honey, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar. My favorite

Threw these 10 lb pork butts on the smoker an hour ago. Going to have pulled pork sliders on King's Hawaiian rolls. I'm also making homemade coleslaw and baked beans (not homemade). The fiancee is making mozzarella stuffed sausage balls and banana and peanut butter bites smothered in chocolate.
