There's an epidemic in today's society of people thinking they can pull together some cockamamy *** explanation and think people are dumb enough to buy it. Like for one second people were going to be dumb enough to actually think this is about safety as opposed to student's eating up expensive tickets.

They were more likely to use the bridge before because that would be a natural flow out of the north seats to their cars across the road.
Now that the students are at the SEZ, they will be more likely to exit out of the south endzone and not take the bridge, instead crossing university at S16th.
Exactly. Just moving them to NW would get them away from locker room route, and could switch those seat holders to current student section.
Winner winner. You are a fool to think this is anything more than a way to increase revenue. You are moving students out of $250-$500 donation spots into no donation spots.
I'm all for this move as we need to maximize revenue. We all want to be more competitive and that means raising money. Just don't imply that we are too stupid to see what is really the goal here
With the bridge, that literally shouldn't be a major issue, and likely even more improved than it has been, especially when 90% of the students in the student section are headed back towards campus after games.
I’d say 90% of students head north and west after the games.
Shaded home team sideline is FAR better than the sunny visitor sidelines. Those $500+ donors would be PISSED

And no, there is a ton of student traffic headed back over to the student lots after games

You would have had quite a few upset season ticket holders if they had done that. People like sitting on the west side so they're not looking into the sun as it sets.
And move the visiting section and visiting band to the upper deck. There is zero reason to continue to give them lower deck access.
And more people will be taking the bridge than looking to cross, since they don't have to wait. This literally will be a non-issue that you're making up.
Agree. We should be putting visiting fans and their bands in M and N sections. Or bands in A and fans in M and N.
What a clown move by the administration. It was in about the perfect spot. I will say this actually might not be terrible to bring some noise to the south end because the Sukup Club brings about zero energy to each game (section 19 seats here).
Also don’t get why we don’t shove the visiting fans in the upper corner instead of what we give them now.
