Here's a buzzkill for Starbuds Flowers ... Starbucks is taking the mobile marijuana biz to court and claiming it's ripping off the coffee brand's famous logo.

It's bad enough that someone from the marketing department came up with this logo but in the end, someone in Starbud's management greenlit this copycat logo.
