I've been dealing with lumbar issues and It looks like I might need spinal fusion of the L5 to L1. Has anyone have experience with spinal fusion? How has it turned out for you? What was your recover like?
I'm not liking the long term outcome but it's either this or live with my issues and will probably need it eventually.
