Some posters I made for Thursday's game!

I think the other issue with these posters, particularly the MSU one, is that they are currently the top-ranked team in the country on the basketball. Unless you hold it up with a something Hawkeye-related, it doesn't make a lot of sense, and really, why bring football into basketball season? Now if you could photoshop Woodbury onto the T-rex with tiny arms, you would be golden.

The rasterbator website didn't work out great and my camera sucks and highlights the terrible tape job.

I mean, good effort and all, but it looks like you're probably not a design major...

You can still probably get away with tape/glue/cardboard/computer lab printers, just try to make a look a little better than a 4th grade geography poster. :twitcy:

Make the edges line up, tape/glue it between the paper and cardboard so you can't see it, trim the excess cardboard around the printout, etc.

And yeah, I'd just stick to basketball subjects...

When looking up images of Pokey (Woodbury) I realized just how much Fran looks like Gumby. Just needs the glasses.

Yea I mean the thing is I walked all over. I did what I could with the materials I had.

And you calling it "4th Grade" level is a compliment to me when it comes to art type stuff. Pictionary is not my greatest game. Could not find one glue stick anywhere and http://rasterbator.net/ kind of messed it up. Like I said, I'll probably just to to copyworks and do it the right way.

Glad you ran those 2 posters by here because they were definately week sauce. No point in bringing anything related to Hawkeye football into this matchup because we really have no room to talk this season. We have a top 4 ranked team, let's keep it related to basketball. Fran and Woodbury alone should give you guys all you need to create some good stuff especially with Fran's temper and Woodbury having the rim being his arch nemesis when dunking even for a 7 footer. Heck Gesell is a ginger and Uthoff is a pretty ugly dude himself, I sure hope to see some good signs!
