I actually find that worse. I’d much rather prefer for someone to be cordial to me and then complain about me to their friends. I don’t really care about what they tell their friends

I think we all need to just post a list in one thread about all things they hate about specific posters. Just get it all out there and then everything will be completely fixed and cleaned up. For example, @BCClone your wiener is way too big and @JP4CY is a selfish jerk and constantly stole the blankets from me as a kid when mom made us share a bed. There. I said it. Now I feel better. You would rather have someone saying crap to people you know/co-workers/and such behind your back and act friendly to you then just tell you they don’t care for you? I would rather have someone let me know they don’t care for me so I know it.

When the things were said like today make me have tears in my eyes and start to feel like I did right before my stroke and heart attack 3 weeks ago, closing it down and going offline for an hour was the only option.

Some of us have been here damn near 20 years now. Just averaging one comment per day since 2006 would have one at ~6,000 comments, and things like gamedays result in a lot more posts those days.

Sure, I would rather have someone be nice to me than an *******. Especially because the things they’re going to complain about to others aren’t major.

Plus, people generally realize it’s bad form to complain to mutual friends about someone.

And the way most people experience it (including I’m assuming you) is that people vent to others and then are at least cordial to the person’s face. For example, you complain about your in laws quite a bit on here. Are you sharing all those complaints with them?

CycloneErik - 102,011 posts. CyclonePride is within 10k posts. Holy crap, I only have 5700 posts- I need to write less and post more!

Also it has peoples birthdays!! Have a cold one & enjoy some cake & ice cream.
