So does this mean they don't play defense in the SEC now, or is it suddenly just good offense?

LSU ruined the whole "They play real defense in the SEC, and the high-scoring offenses would never stand a chance in this conference!" last year. Leach just showed again today that a well-oiled offense is just as tough as a great defense. Now in saying that yes, if you have an absolute all-time defense that could be a different story. Some of those Alabama defenses from 2010-2012 area were frightening. As were those Florida defenses when Tebow was there.
