Can someone smarter than me weigh in on this? I’ve seen his commercial and I read this, but still don’t have a great understanding of the specifics he’s actually pushing for.

Here is a summary of the SCORE Act as currently written up. What Campbell also wants is an amendment to the 1961 Sports Broadcasting Act that would permit FBS schools to pool all their media rights for bidding NFL style with the likelihood of at doubling/tripling existing FBS media revenues even for top brand schools. And those top brand schools/conferences would still retain their revenue advantages with an element of unequal revenue sharing based on TV ratings. Campbell has also proposed rational geographic realignment to better monetize media revenues and replace the idiocy and dysfunction of existing oversized P4 coast-to-coast conferences.
