Maybe it is time to move Coe to the DE position where his quickness can be used and he is not going to get manhandled as much. The reality is that he should have been red shirted. It is a shame that ISU doesn't seem to have a good DT to throw out there, but they have not had a lot of luck with recruiting and keeping DTs.

If you have to RS a JC it shows you made a mistake. And the kid took 4 semesters and two summers to earn an AA. If we have a need for a body he needs to fill it.

He had only a few TFLs last year at JC playing DE.

Boy I really thought a mediocre JC DE would be our answer at DT. Sarcasm.

He's not good. And he's not 300 lbs. Any Iowa OL helped him up on a play and made Coe look tiny.

Pathetic post. This is not Rodney Coe's fault. Playing a new position at a different level. Anybody that thought he was going to come in and dominate was insane. Give him some time to at least learn the position.
