Maybe he skips the Christmas trip and comes up for the game against Kansas! That way he can watch us whoop up on them in an electric environment and he will be able to witness first hand tuco crying in the stands after the game.

Does that mean you will be giving me a ticket to the KU@ISU game? Offer accepted.

Update on Miles Bridges. Free article from Scout.

@AlexHalsted: 2016 MBB target @MilesBridges01 talks with @EvanDaniels about his recruitment and Iowa State: http://t.co/q2Vaa6qUDk http://t.co/WgIaDoqfIL

Bridges said Iowa State, Michigan State and Connecticut were the schools currently recruiting him the hardest.
“They are just talking to me every day and giving me advice,â€￾ Bridges said. “They are talking to my mom and my mentor.â€￾
The coaches are among the many draws to Iowa State for Bridges.
“I like it a lot,â€￾ he said of Iowa State. “I like the environment. I really like the coaches. I like their style of play too.â€￾

"They're taking to my mom and my mentor." Now that's what I like to hear. Every remembers who Bridges' mentor is, right? I like our chances. Can't wait til his decision next summer.

Confirmed:

@TravisHines21: Iowa State 2016 recruit Amir Coffey suffered a torn ACL and is out for the season, per reports. Already broke a leg in his young career.

Saw a rumor he was hurt last night and the fear was a knee injury... Too bad for the kid. Hopefully rehab goes well and we see him fully recover. He has almost two full years until college so I would assume the staff wouldn't cool too much at this point.

Thanks. Opening up the link was way too demanding.

With Michigan State, Bridges grew up following the Spartans and Mateen Cleaves.“It’s 45 minutes away,” he said. “It’s just the hometown school.”

It will be interesting to see if coffee can fully recover. We are in a good position with him now since big name schools often cool on players with injuries like this.

Well we are kind of one of those big name schools now so who's to say we won't cool on him too?
