How would you handicap us landing both? 50-to-1? Would that be too high?

i doubt we get Ahmad or Ellenson. I think KU/ UK will be tough to beat for Diallo. I'm not sure ISU sees Turner as a primary option. I would not be surprised to not land any of these kids.

That front court even for a year would be title worthy. They would complement each other so well. Ellenson reminds me of Niang and Diallo- Cato with a jump shot.

If I had told you that we had a better shot with Diallo than Ellenson 3 months ago you would've called me crazy.

I would be thrilled to take a commitment from him even though we only have two scholarships. My honest hope is we get Turner and either Diallo or Ellenson for our second open scholarship. Best part about Fred is that even if we miss on our high school recruits, he will pick up impact transfer and we will continue to keep winning.

Yes I agree. This is akin to people saying he should fall out of a building or saying they wouldn't mind if his family was blown up in a terrorist attack.

^ anatomy of a message board disagreement. One exagerration leads to an overreaction leads to the opposite overreaction.

For the record, my gut tells me he may not be a priority by the staff... so my view is regardless of how good I think he is, or how much I would like him. I'm not certain of this, ill reiterate it's a gut feeling based on publicized interest/ interactions. We'll probably get a better feel for this in about a month during the next open recruiting period.
