I keep seeing posts about production costs. Wonder is Apple is picking that up or if the PAC will kick in

I almost guarentee it will be presented at a higher revenue number, but with the asterisk that the Pac-12 is covering some production costs. I would venture to guess that the estimated $22m/yr/school is the net number, but the announced revenue number will be somewhere closer to the Big 12 number. That is if it gets that far and this thing doesn't blow up before a deal is announced.
