Ready for Winter?

Hopefully.

I'd bet we get games without fans. Easier to bubble up the smaller teams, plus rapid testing seems to be getting more and more available- the pac 12 talking about having 15-minute tests would be a great thing if that could spread to the rest of college basketball. You could test everyone on both teams regularly and also an hour or two before game time and play 100% safely.

Cold and raining is the worst weather. Either be cold enough for snow or warm enough enjoy the rain under the porch or deck.

I agree on the shorter days being horrible. Other than that. Winter is ok with snow

I'm not ready for it to be this cold for good yet, but I will say that I am enjoying the weather this week. Windows open, sweatshirts and flannel pants.

I'll be ready for the 60's and 70's next week though.

The cold and snow don't bother me but the getting dark at 4:30 sucks.

The lack of daylight doesn't bother me. There's some sick place in my mind that really likes the cold. I like bundling up and going for walks when it gets brutal cold, it's refreshing somehow to me.

But I freaking hate snow. Maybe if I finally splurge for big ass snowblower, I'd enjoy it more....

The changing season actually makes me feel good today. Time keeps rolling and hopefully our fortunes will change soon. Can't get much worse, right? Right?!

I enjoy the cold temps and dry air of winter, there’s something oddly refreshing about it.

I hate the short days - chores before and after work in the dark can wear a guy down. Just staying light until 5:30-6:00 makes a big difference for me.

Saw where Denver and the Front Range were 100+ degrees on Saturday and Sunday and then measurable snow today. Weather geeks are researching and having 100 degree temps and snow within 48 hours might be a new all time record.

Bring on the snow!!! Just not the cold;)

I could live in a place where it snows all the time during winter. Every day, and lots of it. I just hate when it snows 2-4 inches and then it’s brutally cold for weeks at a time after with nothing else happening.

Some of y'all are really weird talking about loving super cold days, lol. Best days are mid-60's during the day and then 40/50's at night. I could use those temps from about now through January, one month of snow and cold and then back to spring.
