But in all seriousness here are the things. The other two buckets are herbs and already indoors for a while. They despised the heat.

Honestly, put them inside and crack the shades a smidge to give a little sunlight. Water well and see if a neighbor will water them on day 4. You should be fine.

Edit: or shove a few in the fridge.

I'm trying to type up this big long rant but it's too confusing. Basically, I almost lost my **** on people today after two groups that I don't enjoy working with needed to ******* communicate to get me access to a site. And everyone was being like oh that's not ours to fix/control, it's theirs. And neither one could give me ******* answers on what I had to do to get it fixed. One group because they legit didn't know what I had to do, the other because they are just generally asses about being helpful in any way. I finally got it fixed after a strongly worded email and surprise surprise, it belonged to the group I figured it did but blew me off yesterday with a "that's not ours". JFC. I ******* hate **** like that. They bounce you around like a goddamn pinball and make you feel like an idiot when you ask for something.

The best part of all this is the stuff I got sorted out (basically a password) resets in 90 days. This is legit like probably the last thing I'll be dealing with pre-baby and the first thing when I come back. Goddammit. I did try to help my future self by documenting how to update this when I get back. Godspeed, future self.

Got filleted a little at doctor for some biopsie thingies. Did not look but pretty sure she was using a CG type fish fillet knife rather than the razor thingie. Would seem like the tool to use.

Talking to an elderly man who worked in education for quite some time and in a couple different states. He last worked in the Iowa education association groups. He explained part of the Iowa had the best test scores myth to me.

Iowa had the highest basic skills scores he didn’t deny. He said a big reason for that was timing. In Iowa, we took them later in the year. Other states were offered discounts to take the tests early in the year to help smooth out the work load of grading the tests.

He mentioned that Iowa students had received an extra semester of instruction compared to other states and it helped boost scores. He blames this also for the eroding of the education system in Iowa. He claims that teachers in Iowa got the results too late to be able to use them to assist what to teach. Whereas other states received them in first semester and the teachers could say, hey the kids don’t understand this part, let’s go back over it.

He also blames common core as a mess, but I won’t post his thoughts on that.

I forget, is it only for a week? Can you design a filtration method and essentially set them in a large quantity of water? A bigger version of those pots that you pour water in the ledge at the bottom?
Or go to the store and get watering bulbs - glass balls with a long tube. Fill with water, stick the tube in the pot. Water is released slowly.
