Guess who lives in Texas and was unable to go to the Alamo Bowl due to work?
I spent the afternoon sucking down a drug IV infusion for two hours. Was supposed to host a gamewatch tonight but wasn't feeling up to it. Couple of minutes ago I said **** this **** and popped a bottle of champagne. Have too many bottles lying around, time to cull the herd even if I don't feel that great. Early New Years! **** it!
This thread might be more about the game than the game thread at this point.

Stuck in a room with the baby who was refusing to sleep. Guess he wants s to watch. I can hear the sound occasionally and fans so I assume it's something good for us but not sure. Maybe they are loud and mad.

Well wish the game would have ended better. Wasn't impressed with either the taunting call on WSU or our 2nd targeting call. That last no catch call sucked also. If you weren't an ISU fan it was an entertaining game to watch. It was entertaining but didn't come out right for us.
My Simpson niece actually understands and watches FB really well.
20 degree temp differential between yesterdays walk and today's will be close to another 20 tomorrow. Hopefully I'll just ignore the temp and go.

Second the call on not going to the game thread. The team played hard...things didn't go our way...oh, say, did you know there were 99 other guys from Wazzu NOT named Minshew????
One last thing those freaking announcers on ESPN were painful.

Can't believe as many posters are as jacked up as they are about this bowl loss. Decent game for non-Cougar and non-Cyclones to have seen on a Friday night. Looking decent and not getting blowout or run by some 2nd rate opponent is okay. WSU is a good team and we had a chance to send it to OT. Subtract the eight hundred penalties and damn turnovers and we have our 9th win.
I wanted to win, obviously, but bowl games are really just exhibition games. Every single March Madness loss is worse than any bowl game loss. Every single regular season game is more important than a bowl win.
