Foiled at biking again. Went to a bike trail to ride and when I pulled into the trail head the world started to spin, started to sweat like a waterfall, felt like I was going to puke. The spinning world thing lasted for about 3-5 minutes, but the rest lasted for about an hour. I was scared to try biking in case that spinning world part started again, that wouldn't have been good.

Signs of a possible heart attack, may want to get an EKG.

were you riding especially hard? That doesn't sound like a normal occurrence. I tend to agree with BC on this. Panic/anxiety attack and heat exhaustion are the other things that come to mind.

that WWE Brooklyn III title confuses me when I see it. I keep thinking it's the next RTT or something and you guys were trying to make a joke

Think I lost one kid in youth football. Didn't even allow any popping tonight. Kid got foiled by.............the helmet. Helmets are tight and not easy to get off if not sweaty. Kid was scared of the tightness of how the helmets come off, he's too scared to put the helmet on now. I think as a joke the other coaches had the kid ask me, knowing I'd be the least sympathetic to him.

***** ...********...dicks...Hawkeyes

Redundant.

Probably hitting the fair Saturday. Anything recommended to see or to avoid?

Go to ISU booth in Varied Industries for football poster, light stick, and if you want, a virtual campus tour. Then get the heck out of that building, so many people. Husband liked watching the chainsaw carving guy. A little scary. The baby animal building was also wall to wall people.

Those symptoms could be a lot of things. Heat exhaustion, hypoglycemia, dehydration, worse things. Hope you haven't had a recurrence.

No I hadn't even started, just pulled into the trail head. I think it was kind of a vertigo thing. When I got home I rested in the dark for about an hour and feel ok.
