Im a first time BB season ticketholder. I noticed some people selling their parking passes for the game next week. Im curious what perks it serves to have a donor pass when it seems like according to the map that the GA parking looks pretty decent anyways. Is it purely based on shorter walking distance? Or faster exit/entry? What makes the BB passes worth it. Just curious

The GA parking fills up pretty fast so you end up by JT sometimes. I have never personally paid for parking at Hilton though, I'm good to just walk.

Ideally higher level donor passes allow someone to park closer to Hilton. That's nice going in on a cold night.

But the bigger deal, it can help getting out of the lots quicker after a game. I found the key to getting out quicker means arriving 30-45 minutes b4 game time to get a good exit spot.

Parking in the Memorial Union is convenient from Hilton if you don't have a donor pass. Plus can shop/eat in Union b4 game.

I have had donor parking for a while, I don't understand how they leave so many spots open close to Hilton, the lots are never more than half full. I am gold and we park a long ways away, GA parking is many times better, so it has little value other than the Kansas game or games where there is another event going on at the same time.

The GA spots can fill up from other events. Weeknights the commuter student cars are still there. If there's an event at CY Stephens they can use those spots.

That being said, this year I wouldn't worry about it. There aren't going to be many people at Hilton and likely the free parking will be fine.
