Props to Urbandale #47

The median home price is pretty low for the annual income. Gilbert, AZ has a similar annual income but the median home price is $100,000 more.

Methodology excluded "a median income level lower than 85% of its state’s median."

In other words, these are the best places for rich people to live! Not unexpected from Money magazine.

Franklin Tennessee-Between the taxes and the weather, I have to think this whole area is going to become extremely popular. We were in this area a few years ago and really liked it but you could tell the traffic was already becoming an issue.

A lot of the Texas places look interesting but the summers would be unbearable. Plus I don't know if I could get past seeing the Texas state flag every 3 feet. We get it, you love your state!

I really need to visit Utah, it seems pretty incredible.

Urbandale-Yeah, it's just like the other western suburbs of Des Moines.

I wonder if this is the same type of thing as "100 greatest places to work". Companies spend a bunch of time trying to get on the list instead of actually making the company a better place to work.

Anybody else think that its sad that that is the best picture they have for Urbandale? People on bikes in front of housing that looks to be in the middle of nowhere with port-a-johns in the frame. :D
