My 7 year old was naughty yesterday and for punishment, I made him watch the Cyclones play defense. His eyes are bleeding, so mission accomplished. Thanks Steve!

I really like Prohm and had high hopes for him when he took over, but can we go out and find a couple wide bodies that we can put in the middle for defense and rebound. A Loren Meyer type of guy.

We just got kicked by a group of kids that are less atheletic, but play team basketball and can hit an open jump shot. We shot 43% from the field tonight, EIU hit 54% from the field. We actually made more 3 pointers, but just continue to give up too many easy baskets at the hoop.

EIU 20 of 24 from the line, ISU 8 of 10. Now I will say we were getting homered early, not sure how you can slide on your back and make a pass without traveling but we saw it tonight, but damn, we need to take the ball to the hoop and draw some fouls.

The last three years in conference play Prohm has been...
2018: 4-14 (1 player on a NBA roster & #56 recruiting class)
2019: 9-9 ( 2 players on a NBA roster with a future lottery pick & #28 recruiting class)
2020: 5-13 (with a NBA lottery pick & #56 recruiting class)
2021: On his way to another losing record. (save this message if you believe otherwise)
