I don't know how much of the "nonsensical lyrics" in this next song is due to me not understanding the vernacular, poor recording, or my genetic hearing impediment but I liked Flip Flop and Fly by Big Joe Turner anyway:
A little weak because it's only one word, Day-O, that's repeated but here is Harry Belafonte's Banana Boat Song:

That jogged my memory ... difference being, "oo-wee" not in title, only in lyrics, but throughout each verse.
