I use electric cake mixer.... awesome! You can blend into chunks, string, or minced meat, just by watching texture as you go. Never pull again!

Yes. I bought some of those black claws and they didn't work that well. The last time I used a hand mixer and it worked perfect.
 
Any one tried sous vide with smoking yet? Got one this winter. It feels like cheating but honestly everything I have tried has been way better and it's a fraction of the effort.
