We are a fan base that knows this pain. 2000 is 19 years ago but the pain from still feels like yesterday. Some teams when they get this far need to take advantage because that next opportunity may not come for a long time.

You can add the Sweet 16 runs of 1997 and 2014 to this list as well. In 1997 we got the shaft against UCLA, and in 2014 Georges Niang breaks his foot in garbage time against NCC in the first round. With Niang we probably get by UConn easily and coast into the Final Four.

This game has been the definition of Auburn not letting the refs decide the game. ISU could learn a lot by watching this game. Auburn may still not win it, but this is how you do it.

Some truth here. Miller didn't know a technical could be shot by who the coach picked.

I also liked when Reggie said with 2:16 secs left, with one team down 5 pts, that he didn't necessarily think they needed to shoot a 3 in that situation.

Really Reggie? Great insight there buddy. 2:16 is an eternity. You wouldn't even need a 3 in that situation with 1:00 left.
