@jakelieberman2 Four-star Jamel King (@jking_3510) tells me that he recently spoke with Georgia. Also Iowa State and St. John's are also showing interest. King holds offers from Winthrop, UAB, ETSU, Mercer, and several others.

we should go after him. Put up better numbers than Tyon Grant-Foster and Tomas Woldetensae did as freshman and they ended up at Kansas and Virginia.
He kind of reminds me of the transfer from Indiana Justin Smith. Smaller PF type of forward with huge hops. Dunks like he is angry.
I know that the influx of prep schools has impacted juco talent the last few years but ISU has a history with IHCC and a coach on staff who’s an alum (D Rob)
I’d like to see ISU rekindle that pipeline there. Ihcc seemingly every year has 1-2 HM talent kids

B: Iowa State is another school that has been on you hard, what stands out with them?
HS: Just my relationship. That’s another school that has really been recruiting me hard. They were probably the first school that recruited me other than Drake. My relationship with their assistant coach, coach (James) Kane is really good. We talk almost every day and facetime almost every day so that relationship is good.

the 2021 class in Wisconsin has something like 9 different kids with at least one HM offer. hope the staff strikes there while the Haliburton name is hot

Now holding offers from programs like Alabama, Arkansas, Clemson, Creighton, DePaul, Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Saint Louis, Seton Hall, Texas, Virginia Tech and others, Nesbitt has built upon a strong 2019-20 campaign.
"It was really about repetition, I was staying in the gym and working on my game and that really helps me to prepare for the next level," said Nesbitt. "The first half of the season I only had like five offers but after the season ended I had like 18 so it really took off for me."
Iowa State: "They had the big guard Tyrese Haliburton so that is appealing. I feel like I could maybe play like that and be at a position like him if I could go there."
