Don't get me wrong - Belgium has every right to be pissed about this decision. They've been preparing all week for a team that wouldn't have its best goal scorer, only to be told the day before the match they now have to face him. As unfair as it was to red card Balogun against rules put in place for VAR, it's also unfair for Belgium to be told they have 1 day to prepare for a player everyone in the world believed would be disqualified for the game.
