I don't think he's ass, but the near God level status he already seems to have in some circles of the fanbase is laughable
Some of you don’t do much to help us beat the little brother allegations. We stuffed Kentucky in a locker today to go to the S16 without our best player and some of you are talking about what a nightmare this is. Get a grip.
A state with a population of 3 million had all 3 state public schools in the tournament and 2 of them are in the last 16 standing. That is honestly pretty incredible. As for the media... who cares? Don't interact or consume it. Not that hard.

Holy crap, just watched Iowa last play. When sturtz caught the ball they had 3 Florida guys behind him. wtf was that?

You must not have to work with all these idiots, huh? Worst fans in the country... well known for it... and I have to hear it all the time at work... even when ISU beats them in football, basketball, wrestling... you name it.... they still just act like d-bags... with excuses, etc, etc.
Plus... we compete with them for recruits in all sports... keep that in mind too. NEVER be happy for Iowa or cheer for them.... it's not in our best interest.

Who said he's god? He's a top 25 coach. He was before he even took the Iowa job. I hope he takes an NBA job because he's that highly regarded in the coaching world.
There's 20 ******* schools in the conference & several received easy paths & a fair amount of assistance (Refs in Mich State game- holy ****), but I will take them over SEC & ACC in hoops most every day. Key is for ISU/Big 12 to take care of business this next weekend. The Standard is established then.

Idk… they should have won in Iowa City and played them on senior day Lincoln. I think Nebby is up for it. Iowa would rather play a team not familiar with their pace.
Florida not only screwed up their defense against Iowa’s three point shooters at the end, they had two timeouts to come up with a play to win it and don’t even get a shot off. The guy driving the lane had a good chance to put up a floater in the lane but passed it up.
