Yeah this is the worst possible way to feel about a tournament day in which Iowa State also won. Iowa beats a one seed and gets a one shining moment. Gets a pretty easy opportunity to advance to the elite 8 as well. ****.

Meh, first time in 26 years ain't nothing to brag about. And they EASILY got the worst one seed to play against. Saw this one coming from a mile away.

I had Florida as the 2nd best 1 seed after Arizona, what with Michigan and Dukes injuries

Clemson was the worst P4 team in the field. I'm honestly at a loss of words how bad Clemson is.

Florida very clearly wasn't a 1 seed. SEC is dogsh*t.

Nebraska clearly the worst 4 seed. I'll never understand what the universe is doing to provide a truly, truly underserving fanbase with so much luck.

Worst part of it all - had we just beaten any of Cinci, TCU, BYU, or Tech, that 1 seed was ours. All bad losses.

Is Tennessee the only $EC team in the S16? May as well eliminate them altogether

Iowa couldn’t have asked for a more favorable defense for what they were trying to do.

I’ll never forget their first time in the championship game- I ate lunch at the Texas Roadhouse in WDM, and some hok fan behind me is borderline yelling about it being Caitlin Clark time, baby!… then turns to his wife and asks what time the game is. They have to be one of the most insufferable fan bases in the country.

Either way, Go Clones and Go Big Red! (As I throw up in my mouth on that last part)

If they get to the elite 8 (which they will) and we don’t, that’s really gonna burn. Ugh.

That's why any true Cyclone fan that was rooting for Iowa tonight... or was happy they won... can just go away and become a Hawkeye for all I care.

Trust me... you'll be regretting this Iowa win next weekend if Iowa goes to the Elite Eight and we don't. Iowa will end up finishing the year better than us.... .... and we'll have to hear it from all the Hawk lovers everywhere all offseason. At work, on the radio, on Iowa Everywhere, etc, etc. "Iowa had the better year!!".

You NEVER cheer for Iowa... or are happy for them when they win.... NEVER!!

My step-daughter and sister both have BSNs from Iowa, so I'm not an Iowa hater. That was an exciting game. I'm happy for them.

But I'm a Cyclone fan! My day was made earlier today! Go Cyclones!!

Man some of you are sensitive. Their fanbase is excited. Our fanbase is excited. With podcasts it’s really easy to take in only content on your team. I don’t get why it’s hard to just ignore Iowa podcasts or Iowa content on the radio…

Absolutely terrible coaching by Florida. First, you can't let Stritz catch that inbounds going full steam up the court. Second, you drive all the way under the basket with absolutely nowhere to go and no time.

Also, them pressing Iowa was how they got good looks. They had nothing in a half court set.

I kept yelling at my tv for Florida to stop pressing on defense and to work the ball inside on offense. If only they could’ve heard my arm chair coaching haha
