Well you got it. I know you don't wish people harm but these kinds of posts are annoying when we're staring down the barrel of one of these things coming our way.

I took that as a positive thing. The storm forming a long widespread line usually means less risk of violent tornadoes.

Des Moines was briefly, south of there did. Ames no, but we also likely won’t see the bad stuff in story county

Not lined up to produce tornadoes. Lined up in an LCS where tornadoes are less likely, less damaging, and shorter.
