Usually the sheriff’s office in a rural county. If there is not a warning system, contact your city council, county supervisors and your local Emergency Management Coordinator. Chances are your local government is still sitting on a pot load of unspent covid money that they might be able to use.

My ex wife's family around Keota got hammered. two lost homes, lost farm, lost herd of hogs.
