My neighbor has this tiny ass snowblower sitting in his driveway, been there since summer. No way it would handle much snowfall at all and would take a long time to do the driveway. It's funny he actually has it because he doesn't do **** at his house. He hires out everything and rarely comes outside. He halfway put up this gazebo thing in his backyard last spring. Never finished it and tools are still sitting out there.

There is no discussion. Men with single stage snowblowers need to understand that their wives want to bang guys with 2 stagers.

I was actually impressed at how accurate the forecast was (KCCI included).

KCCI never forecasted the totals WHO was. In general I find KCCI to be more conservative opposed to WHO. LOL WHO was checking in with Brett and Roger Riley out on dry roads. When did they start making such a production out of it? 90% of people aren't interested in that, they literally just want the updated forecast.

What do you mean? Only reason I watch is to see Roger Riley driving around the back roads by Ogden telling us how bad the roads are and that it's snowing there.

When doofus got hired they got much more conservative. He’s just scared of being wrong. Very insecure. Lacks confidence.

I think KCCI waited until really late to forecast a snow total of 3-6 inches. They didn't give that number until it actually started snowing, which made it easier to predict. Either way, still a tough storm to forecast because a one to two degree difference changes the forecast dramatically.

It's so hilariously stupid and cringe.
If you want to talk about cringe, over the summer they had Roger Riley walking around the State Fair talking to people. I think it was on the 4 p.m. news on WHO.

He finds a guy with a Vietnam Veteran hat on, he asks him a couple questions, then says something like "So you were in the Vietnam War, what was that like?". The guy just sits there for a couple seconds dumbfounded with a "what the hell do you think it was like" look on his face before he says something to the effect that he'd rather not talk about it.

It was the most cringeworthy thing I've ever seen on live TV.

Okay, does this mean MN is very consistent? 4th snowiest but less than one inch more than average?

It's 52" through January 19th. The annual full season average is 51". Feb-Mar-Apr average 20" so probably looking at 70" or so for the season. Or maybe shoot for 80", sort of trending snowy this winter. I'm not going anywhere by car so I am all "bring it on! "
